Highly successful, innovative and forward-thinking law firm is looking to recruit a senior solicitor to join the Employment team based in Oxford City Centre.
You will be managing a caseload of both contentious and non-contentious work with a focus on working predominantly with employer clients although you will also get involved in some claimant work.
This is a fantastic opportunity to get into a more managerial role as your will also be supervising a small team, delegating tasks and client work to junior lawyers and trainees, providing clear instructions and monitoring progress.
