I am recruiting an experienced commercial litigation solicitor on behalf of this growing and progressive firm who has multiple offices across Yorkshire and the UK. They offer state of the art systems and working environments, an open office culture and a client base of quality rather than quantity.

The successful commercial litigation solicitor, based at the firm's Leeds office, will be able to work autonomously and as part of a team, and will also have good experience over a broad range of commercial disputes disciplines.

These contentious areas may include, but will not be limited to, shareholder and partnership, breaches of company administration requirements and director's duties, insolvency law, breach of contract claims, breach of confidence and data protection, intellectual property, information technology, professional negligence and fraud.

Ideally, the successful commercial litigation solicitor will have around 5+ years' experience, but this is flexible and candidates at all levels will be considered.
