Harper May is currently working with one of the UK's leading restaurant chains based in Central London. The company have built a food empire through exquisite branding and providing a fantastic consumer experience. My client currently has muliple UK sites and is looking to expand into the USA and Asia in the next year. The company are currently seeking a Finance Director to run all UK operations and provide strategic advice surrounding the international branching.
The Finance Director will work closely with the CEO and other board members to maintain the integrity of the brand, and will manage a large team. The successful candidate will be fully qualified with extensive restaurant experience.

Fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA Must have restaurant experience Must have extensive experience in leading and developing finance functions Excellent inter-personal and communication skills Previous experience of managing and developing staff Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and meet strict deadlines Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment Excellent Excel skills

- Leading, developing and expanding the large finance team Complete oversight of the day-today running of financeBusiness partnering closely with the CEO and other senior stakeholders to ensure the group hits its strategic milestonesIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting processOversee the financial planning and budgeting processes for new product lines and store openingsOffering key strategic advice and analysis in relation to international expansion and effective growth strategyWork closely with marketing teams to ensure the continued integrity of the brand
