You will be an M&A / Corporate Finance professional able to demonstrate the following:

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced M&A / Corporate Finance professional which will offer exposure to a good volume of M&A, MBO / VIMBO and Fund Raising transactions and long term career progression to Director.
As a Senior Manager within the M&A / Corporate Finance team your responsibilities will include:
- Lead Advisory work on mid-market transactions (c.£10m - £50m deal values)
- Managing deal processes and staff involved in research work on acquisition targets and buyers and preparing Information Memorandum
- Managing a wide range of deliverables including forecasts, financial models, analysis reports, proposals and pitches
- Actively supporting AD / Director in meetings with clients and Lead Advisory negotiations
- Business Development work within the Advisory, Funding and Investment communities
THE PERSON
You will be an M&A / Corporate Finance professional able to demonstrate the following:
- ACA / ACCA Qualified with a background within independent or Mid Tier Chartered Practice
- Previous Lead Advisory experience at small or mid-market deal level (c.3-5 years)
- A desire to gain 'hands-on' experience of larger deals as you progress your career within M&A / Corporate Finance
