Your new role
The role will be to take lead for all in house accounting functions within this high growth business. The role will be a part time position and will be flexible on days and hours depending on experience and suitability.
Duties
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified professional with experience and understanding of working in the Real Estate sector. You will ideally be looking for a part time role (two/three days per week), flexible on days and hours. Xero experience is preferred.

Duties
- Preparation and ownership of monthly management accounts
- Budgets and forecasts
- Working closely with Managing Director and Managing Partner of the business
- Liaison with external parties - Audit & Tax
- VAT returns
- Year end statutory reporting
