CY Executive Resourcing are excited to be partnering with Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, one of the largest teaching hospitals in the country WITH an international reputation for excellence in specialist care, research and academic training.

The Trust are now looking to recruit an experienced Senior Finance Manager to support a number of Business Units. As Senior Finance Manager you will have significant interaction with the business providing support and guidance for all financial matters. You will use your knowledge, experience and financial expertise to promote best financial practices across the Business Units

You will have responsibility for a number of key areas including providing support to a number of projects and initiatives, contribute to continuous improvement, develop improved ways of reporting – both financial and performance information, provide financial support to managers and clinicians, lead on business cases and provide on-going budgetary management support to business units.

You will demonstrate effective stakeholder management skills, with an ongoing commitment to building and maintaining strong and effective partnerships and collaborations.

As Senior Finance Manager you will also develop and motivate the team to maximise levels of performance, ensuring they deliver on their responsibilities and objectives

You must be fully qualified with strong business acumen and sound business judgement, you will have excellent all round financial management experience and skills. Previous experience of leading on a variety of project across various disciplines will also be key to your success within this role as will the ability to secure engagement at all levels, building on relationships but also challenging appropriately when necessary.

Previous NHS experience is not essential for this role however experience of working within the public sector or a highly regulated industry would be an advantage.
