A highly dynamic multi-site retail organisation, with a European footprint, requires a Group Financial Controller who can work closely with the CFO and Board to help drive performance, along with effective controls and reporting.
This is an ambitious investor backed group and the Group Financial Controller will lead an experienced finance team and enjoy a wide remit.
The group is on a growth trajectory and has a very credible, experienced Board. As Group Financial Controller, you will manage all aspects of the balance sheet, from transactional finance to controls, through to annual reporting. You will also lead on FP&A, support commercial finance, and investment activities.
This roles presents a great opportunity for an upwardly mobile and ambitious Controller to take a positive step towards being a CFO as the role will operate as a Deputy CFO.
Ideally, you will be a chartered accountant, or former auditor, with an excellent accountancy background. This will be supplemented with a progressive career track-record and an energetic, driven mind-set.
