- Working on major transactions including the buying and selling of energy assets
- Advising on joint ventures in the rail and energy sectors
- Working alongside a team consisting of several ex-corporate, construction and banking lawyers who have diversified into projects
- Advising on commercial contracts relating to energy, infrastructure and transport
The firm looks to hire a Corporate Lawyer who demonstrates:
- 1-6 years of PQE, possibly more
- Ideally corporate and/or projects experience (real estate backgrounds considered)
- Solid academics
