Pensions Solicitor
A pensions solicitor is offered the opportunity to secure a position within the pensions law team at one of the UKs leading law firms. This is one of the UK's largest regional pensions teams which is ranked by both Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners.
Role Description
The pensions solicitor will be joining an experienced team, that routine works on complex high value matters. Work will include;
· Advising both pension trustees and employers
· Funding, refinancing and restructuring
· Scheme closures
· Benefit changes and compliance
· Advising schemes of varying values from multi - billion to a several million.
Candidate Requirements:
Applications are sought from pensions solicitors with;
· 5+ years' PQE as a pensions solicitor
· Excellent academics
· Strong technical skills.
· Excellent communication skills
Salary and Benefits
On offer to the appointed pensions solicitor;
· Salary of £62,000 - £85,000 dependant on level of PQE
