JOB TITLE: Healthcare and Regulatory Consultant Solicitor PQE REQUIRED: 5+ PQE LOCATION: West Midlands SALARY: 70/30 fee share split
THE ROLE: This role would be particularly well suited to a Senior Solicitor looking for flexibility within their career, with the opportunity to increase earning potentials. This role is not a short term or temporary role but more of a career path for experienced Solicitors to hone skills in their area of law and develop themselves as a Consultant. This role has no salary, your income will be generated via billings, and will be split 70/30 between you and the firm.
THE FIRM: This supportive and forward thinking firm are based within the East Midlands, however they have offices all over the UK. They are looking for talented Solicitors to join their team of friendly and experienced Consultants on a full time basis.
THE CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate for this role must have at least 5 years' experience within their area of law. The candidate must be driven, hardworking and be willing to go the extra mile for candidates and clients. As a Consultant Solicitor with this firm, you wouldn't require a following, however it is desirable. The firm operates a 70/30 split with an additional increase for consultants that refer work internally.
SALARY & BENEFITS: The salary for this role would be based upon a 70/30 fee share split. The Consultant Solicitor would be able to work remotely, and pick and choose their working hours!
