The Role
Working for a truly global organisation as an experienced lead advisor you will be expected to support the Directors and Partners by managing a number of M&A projects including being the day to day point of contact for the client. This will include the full deal execution and management of the transaction cycle, managing, supporting and coaching junior members of the team and reviewing their work. Alongside this you will develop and build strong networks in the business community.
The Person
Will have a background in M&A through Advisory, Banking, Private Equity or in an M&A boutique. You will also have a proven track record of leading deals; have strong numeric, analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to build rapport at ease. From a softer side you will be a highly motivated, ambitious self-starter who is keen to propel their career whilst remaining a team player.
