A Financial Controller job in London, full financial responsibility for this start up Health Tech business.

This high growth SaaS business has harnessed its innovative technology to provide a revolutionary health platform to drive the quality of healthcare we receive. Despite being in relatively early stages, the business is well funded and has established partnerships with some of the leading pharma and biotech companies across the globe. With additional collaborations with leading players in the tech space, they are growing out a strong customer base and corporate social responsibility.

Your new role
Reporting to the CFO, you'll have full financial responsibility leading the small team of 3 covering operations across Europe, the US and APAC. This will include maintaining a stable financial reporting framework and producing useful management information to support the business as it continues to scale. Other small company duties such as payroll, treasury and investor relations will be part of your role. Given the collaborative nature of the business you will be consistently business partnering with the technology, clinical, sales and marketing teams to ensure you understand the intricacies of operations.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a sound technical understanding from completing your ACA, ACCA or CIMA accounting qualification, and experience of working in a small to medium sized business to comprehend the full reporting process. You'll also have the interpersonal skills to communicate with non-finance colleagues and senior stakeholders on a day to day basis. If you have experience in the tech industry within a SaaS business to understand technology development and the software market, it would be a big advantage but not essential.
