A leading firm of chartered accountants, based in Bristol has a key requirement for an Employment Tax Senior Manager to join their expanding tax advisory team, as a pivotal addition, driving the ongoing growth and development of their employment tax services across the regions. You will play a lead role in the growth and development of this service line, with a clear progression path on offer.

Description
Joining as Employment Tax Senior Manager you will lead the delivery of wide ranging Employment Tax advisory services and advice to the firms clients, working closely with Partners and the wider tax advisory teams delivering on project work. You will lead the delivery of projects and advice to clients across the range of PAYE, NIC, Benefits in kind, Expatriate taxes, Employee Share Schemes, Personal service companies (IR35) and umbrella companies and Employee benefit trusts. Alongside utilising your technical knowledge and expertise, you will also play a key role in the development of the firm's employment tax strategy, identifying marketing opportunities and look to further develop the firms employment tax service line with business development activities. You will support, mentor and help to further develop the team and act as key advisor internally. There will be a very clear route to progress on offer for the right professional.
Profile
You will be CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified and bring a strong technical career background and expertise focused within Employment Tax with demonstrable experience of delivering advice across the areas of PAYE, NIC, Benefits in kind, Expatriate taxes, Employee Share Schemes, Personal service companies (IR35) and umbrella companies and Employee benefit trusts. Your experience is likely to have been developed within a larger, Top 50, Mid or Top Tier firm of accountants and you will be either at Manager/Senior Manager, or Director level, looking to progress your career within a leading firm of chartered accountants, based in Bristol.
Job Offer
Circa £65,000 - £78,000 plus benefits and negotiable, dependent on the background and level of the right professional.
