Our client is a Venture Capital Investment Business in the financial services sector which started in 2010 - it is based in Soho. Their investments range from £50,000 to £50,000,000 and their offices are based in London and internationally. The business is growing and deploying a series of funds in addition to their existing pools of capital.
Due to increased business demand, they are looking to recruit a lawyer to work directly with the General Counsel. The role involves:
