The corporate team is especially strong in dealing with private companies and PLCs on a broad range of corporate issues and transactions both nationally and on the international stage. This is a firm where you will be able to grow your experience of working on large transactions whilst being part of a firm that offers flexible working and a supportive environment.
Work will involve supporting the partners and other members of the team as well as working on your own matters, undertaking a broad mix of corporate work such as mergers and acquisitions (acting for sellers and buyers) and on shares and business transactions.
