Senior Associate Corporate Solicitor

A tier 2 ranked corporate team is seeking a senior corporate solicitor to drive their Redditch based office forward. This corporate department can offer a fantastic opportunity for a corporate solicitor to grow and develop their team.

You will come on board as a senior corporate solicitor with over five years of experience in dealing with corporate matters, to include company and commercial matters, sales and purchases of companies, along with business, shareholder and joint venture agreements. You must be able to work free of significant supervision, however, you will be part of a wider leading team across other offices.

The right person will be able to bring/generate a following along with growing and developing the work already in the department. This presents a real opportunity for a corporate solicitor who is forward-thinking, enthusiastic and is ready for a new challenge.
