A mid-sized forward-thinking law firm is looking for a Corporate Solicitor to join the team at their Stoke office, to assist with national and international corporate transactions for high net worth clients.
Duties & Responsibilities:
The successful Corporate Solicitor will have the ability to deal with;
Corporate finance transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity transactions, articles of association, shareholders agreements and SPA's.
Assisting the head of department as well as maintaining your own caseload, whilst actively expanding the client base and maintaining long standing relationships.
Key Skills & Experience:
The firm is looking for a proactive and ambitious Corporate Solicitor with the ability to develop and maintain client relationships with a strong commercial mind set.
It would be beneficial if you have a high level of academic attributes, a driven and professional manner, as well as focused on business development.
The firm will consider Solicitors at any PQE level who have solid experience within corporate work.

* Salary is £30,000 - £60,000
