An exceptional opportunity for a Corporate / Energy Lawyer to join a rapidly expanding international energy company.
Working closely with the development team you will support with M&A activity and a wide range of legal matters (including supplier contracts, NDA's, connection / power purchase agreements, EPC contracts, JV agreements, and financing).
You may currently be working in-house or within private practice either way you will have a strong background in corporate / commercial / energy work and in return you will be offered an excellent platform to develop you career in-house.
