JOB TITLE: Real Estate Solicitor PQE: 4 years + LOCATION: Cardiff SALARY: Dependant on experience and skills
THE ROLE: The real estate team of this leading law firm provides assistance on a variety of transactions related to corporate, insolvency and projects. The team are currently working at full capacity and they have identified the need for an additional Commercial Property Solicitor to advise on commercial property issues in relation to insolvency, PFI and corporate transactions as well as general commercial property transactions and investment matters. The role of Real Estate Solicitor will require the appointed individual to undertake the following duties such as flotation's, joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions and disposals, reports on title, due diligence and insolvency work.
THE CANDIDATE: The appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will be passionate about Commercial Property and possess excellent technical skills covering the full remit of commercial property law. The appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will have the opportunity to truly increase their depth and breadth of this area of law, working with high profile clients. The work is challenging, varied and interesting and will provide an opportunity to develop and nurture solid client relationships, as well as work closely with others within the team and firm. You will possess a strong academic background and be able to manage your own caseload to tight deadlines and be able to work effectively within a busy team.
