Senior Associate Conveyancer- 10+ PQE, Remote working, Warwickshire- This highly regarded firm within Warwickshire seek an experienced Residential Conveyancer to start immediately. Call us on 0121 454 1004.
JOB TITLE: Senior Associate Conveyancer PQE REQUIRED: 10+ LOCATION: Warwickshire SALARY: Very competitive
THE ROLE: This is an exciting role, hot off the press! This large Warwickshire firm are seeking a highly experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their busy team. The role will be a completely remote, so no queuing in traffic on a Monday morning! This role would suit a Senior Associate or even Partner looking to step away from the constraints of a traditional law firm whilst not sacrificing their salary. The role will be varied and include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfer of equity and equity release matters. This is a permanent role and is desirable that the candidate could start immediately.
THE CANDIDATE: The ideal Senior Associate Conveyancer will have a minimum of 10+ years PQE and is able to hit the ground running. You should be target driven and have a previous record of hitting and exceeding KPI's and targets within a busy residential property department. It is desirable that would have experience of running a small team and have excellent team working skills, whilst motivating and encouraging other colleagues. You must be happy to work remotely.
