Whether you’re a talented Finance Director or an ambitious Financial Controller looking to make the step up, this is a role you can make your own. Working closely with the finance teams at Sodexo, you’ll help us make the move to Group Reporting and align our tax and accounting policies and processes. However, your main focus will be on the operational and business aspects of our finances.
As a key member of our senior management team, you’ll impact on every major project and decision we make across The Good Care Group & Oxford Aunts Care. Your commercial thinking will enable us to successfully balance growing our business and controlling costs with improving the lives of elderly people by providing the highest quality care in their own homes.
Supporting our MD, you’ll ensure the successful financial performance of every area of our business. Leading and developing our finance team, you’ll be at the heart of everything, from improving our budgeting and accounting systems to making sure payroll and cash management run smoothly.
A skilled professional with wide-ranging finance experience, you are a dynamic leader with excellent people skills and the ability to help everyone in your team perform at their best. With the drive to make change happen, you must also be a confident communicator with a track record of meeting business requirements and providing robust and meaningful business reporting to support effective decision making.
