Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the Firm's client asset risk framework (based on the FRC Client Asset Assurance Standard).
- Monitor all products and services to ensure applicability to client asset regulation is accurately recorded and reflected in downstream processes.
- Develop and execute a client asset assurance testing plan to ensure client asset systems and controls remain effective.
- Advise business, operational, and other interested groups on client asset requirements and developments.
- Work in close collaboration with all main stakeholders of client asset activities (e. Front Office, Compliance, Technology, Reference Data, etc.).
- Report and escalate to senior management across the organisation, and to relevant governance committees.
- Lead a team of 5 FTE based in London and Poland.
Preferred Skills:
- Demonstrable knowledge of CASS rules and their application to businesses and processes.
- Proven track record of delivery in relation to CASS compliance.
- Strong knowledge of investment banking products and services.
- Experience of managing diverse teams in multiple locations.
- Ability to build constructive relationships with business partners.
- Proven and demonstrable evidence of influencing skills at all levels of the organisation.
- Evidence of operational risk expertise, with ability to identify risks and develop mitigating controls across front-to-back processes.
- Track record of development and delivery of specific change programmes of work.
