DESCRIPTION:
Corporate Lawyer - UAE/Middle East work - based out of Newcastle or Manchester
This global law firm has a strong presence in the Middle East where it advises international and large regional clients on a broad range of corporate matters. It is looking for a mid-level corporate lawyer to join the Middle East practice and advise on a broad range of corporate and restructuring work from a base in its Manchester or Newcastle offices. This is a great role for someone who aspires to do international work and who perhaps, in the long run, would like to spend some time in the UAE (although this is not a prerequisite). The work will be varied, fast-paced and complex, so will suit someone who wants to challenge themselves.
CRITERIA:
UK/Commonwealth admission. Likely to suit someone with 3+ years' pqe (all candidates with suitable skills are encouraged to apply). Relevant City/International/top-tier regional firm or equivalent corporate experience, ideally including M&A, Joint Ventures and/or Restructuring.
