The Role
The firm are seeking to hire a Dispute Resolution Senior Solicitor or Partner to join their established team.
They focus on providing the best legal advice to their clients, but without the legal jargon, meaning this firm attract consistently work. The volume of work regularly referred to them is a testament to their focus on client care and expanding reputation.
You will be responsible for building or developing your own client base in the region, adopting the firm's ethos and working alongside the other Partners to build the firm further ensuring future success of the team.
The caseload will depend on your own focus, but you can be expected to work on a range of matters such as: Employment Disputes, Professional Negligence, Employee Disputes, Contentious Probate, Debt Recovery and Property Disputes.

Requirements
- You will be a Dispute Resolution Senior Solicitor or Partner with at least 8 years PQE +
- Experience of managing and mentoring more junior colleagues is advantageous
- You should have first-class communication and strong business development skills
- A transferable client base or regional contacts is highly advantageous
- Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of PQE, and client base
