A UK Top 100 practice based in Edinburgh has an amazing opportunity for an experienced corporate solicitor to join in a leading and influential role.

We are looking to appoint at experienced corporate associate-level upwards, this can include director or partner level. No following required.

The Corporate team is involved in a broad range of work including joint ventures, M&A, business planning, restructuring and regulatory work. The team acts for a broad range of large companies and start-ups, media businesses, family businesses and media businesses.
