We are currently looking for multiple ERP Implementation contractors to help with the implementation of our new Oracle Cloud Solution across Retail, HR and Finance.

Key Responsibilities.
- Responsible for the process and operating model design from a Shop Direct perspective, identifying SME’s and bringing key resources together
- Lead and coordinate design workshops and sessions with SMEs, understanding As Is and To Be processes to identify gaps and additional business needs
- Challenge legacy ways of working and business practices, identifying and implementing improvements in line with best practise
- Act as an intermediary between our external consultants and the business, removing barriers to progress and keeping the workstream moving
- Capture critical business requirements
- Key input into the Business Implementation Plan
- Provide inputs and guidance on business processes in scope
- Identify change impacts and sign off on new/revised processes
- Identify and document any cross-functional items/concerns coming out of design workshops, following up with the relevant stakeholders in Finance, Retail and HR, ensuring the end solution works for all areas and all dependencies are identified
- Ensure all functional documentation and policy updates are completed and signed off by the business by key milestones
- Review functional and technical designs across workstreams to identify any touchpoints and potential disconnects
- Input into and support the production and delivery of business communications
- Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA accountant
- Experience of delivering projects in complex environments, ideally including process, technology and people change
- Oracle experience ideal
