Highly Entrepreneurial retail & wholesale group seeking head of finance £70,000-£87,000

Your new company
My Client is highly entrepreneurial group of businesses, operating internationally within the consumer goods & manufacturing space. Having enjoyed a fast growth journey, they are now seeking a Head of finance to assist in the next phase of growth for the organisation.

Your new role
Working directly with the organisations CEO, you will be tasked with the running of the finance function, looking after a team of 5. The role offers the fine balance between leading the governance of the group & commercially driving the business forward. You will be tasked with searching and driving operational efficiencies across the group from the international manufacturing function through to the retail & wholesales arms of the business.
You will be in charge of build banking & external investor relationships.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be suitably qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with previous experience of working within growing internationally trading SME's. Prior experience of working close with an entrepreneurial CEO will be advantageous.
