Group Financial Controller - Leicester - Competitive Package
Broster Buchanan have been exclusively retained by our prominent Leicestershire based business to recruit a Group Financial Controller to join their high performance management team. Working closely with the CFO, you will play a pivotal role in running the day-to-day financial operations of this diverse Group.
The successful candidate will be a Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with good staff management, possess a 'can do' attitude, and have a solid background managing all areas of Financial and Management Accounts. You will ensure a solid financial reporting structure and support the business performance through accurate and relevant financial information.
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience at Financial Controller level and be a technically proficient individual with a good understanding of up to date financial accounting practices.

- Management of the Group Finance Team.
- Responsibility for the Group Statutory and Management Accounts.
- Managing key projects from a Financial and Forecasting perspective.
- Responsibility for the Financial Systems.
- Assisting the business through a period of positive change and involvement in relevant projects.
- Working closely with the CFO to develop the Group Finance Strategy.
