The Corporate Finance Department handles a wide range of projects including Fund Raising to support MBO / BIMBO transactions and M&A deals involving Private Equity and Trade buyers.

As Corporate Finance Director your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and developing a team involved in Lead Advisory work on a wide variety of small and mid-market transactions, ensuring deals proceed in line with all parties expectations
- Coordinating research work on acquisition targets and buyers, preparation of Information Memorandum, Financial Forecasts, Financial Models and Analysis reports
- Leading pitches for new work
- Business Development work within the Advisory, Funding and Investment communities
- Management of ongoing deal processes and work in progress
THE PERSON
You will be an Corporate Finance professional able to demonstrate the following:
- ACA / ACCA Qualified
- Currently Senior Manager / Assistant Director or Director working within M&A / Corporate Finance at an independent or Mid Tier Practice or a Corporate Finance Advisory firm
- Significant Lead Advisory experience at Small and Mid-Market deal level (min.5 years)
- A strong desire to lead and develop an M&A / Corporate Finance team and progress to Partner
