Description
As the Interim Project Finance Lead - Shared Services, you will play a critical role in the effective planning, development and implementation of a robust and efficient business services function. The Interim Project Finance Lead- Shared Services, will be responsible for driving finance activities and business partnering with the wider business.
Key responsibilities will include;
- Managing and leading the shared services finance team including key performance indicators
- Ensuring the continued development of internal controls and compliance
- Ensuring effective controls and governance are in place
- Coaching and developing performance
- Ensuring best practice
- Driving efficiency improvement agenda
- Leading the delivery of effective and accurate financial information for the business
- Producing monthly management reports and analysis for senior stakeholders
Profile
- A Qualified Accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)
- A proven track record of driving change
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill
- The ability to drive performance
- A proven track record of leading and managing teams
