Our client is a creative agency based near London Bridge and they are looking for a Finance Manager with strong communication skills and who is happy to be an all-rounder. This role will cover everything from the transactional processes to producing management accounts and reporting to group
Key responsibilities
Key responsibilities
- Looking after the sale ledger- raising invoices, chasing debtors etc
- Revenue Recognition – WIP management and Billing.
- Purchase ledger – inputting invoices, dealing with supplier queries, credit control etc
- Bank/cashbook reconciliations
- Accruals/prepayments
- Fixed Assets
- Expenses and credit card
- Payroll management
- Production of Management accounts and reporting and analysit to group
- Experience of working in finance in a Marcomms environment- fast-paced and project based
- Strong communication skills
- Working knowledge of WIP/Billing within an agency environment
- Strong excel skills
- Ideal but not essential – Experience of Maconomy
- Good communication skills
- Qualified by experience or ACCA/CIMA qualified
