Finance Director

Your new role
You will be responsible for a range of financial and strategic initiatives including;

• Responsibility for the day to day finance operations of the business;
• Management for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities including the development of financial and operational strategies;
• The role of FD will include direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting and will support the CFO on strategic planning, deal analysis and negotiations and investor relations;
• As a key member of the Management team, the FD will report into the CFO.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant with proven experience in the insurance sector. You will need to have a demonstrable track record as a leader with previous experience managing relations with internal and external stakeholders. Experience working with PE backed businesses is highly desirable.
