Our client is a Top 4 firm of Chartered Accountants who have considerable expansion plans within their Transaction Services team nationally. They are looking for experienced qualified accountants to join their team in Birmingham (and other offices north and south of there) at a Manager and Associate Director level to help manage a broad range of transactions across Corporate and Private Equity and cross border deals. They are also strong within Financial Services if you happen to have an interest in those sectors as well as the mainstream commercial clients.
The successful individuals will ideally have at least 3 years Transaction Services or related experience and be already operating at that level within a large firm, or potentially within a commercial role in industry. You will have the ability to understand key business drivers, to analyse and interpret financial data, understand complex business models and produce meaningful and concise reports, including financial due diligence and capital market reports. At a more senior level you will hopefully come with some sort of client network and some proven business development skills.
You will be confident to manage and mentor teams of more junior individuals across the due diligence processes, as well as giving presentations to senior level clients and getting involved in networking within the business community.
There are genuine opportunities for progression upwards and this is an excellent opportunity to accelerate your career within one of the leading Corporate Finance teams in the country.
Our client is actively recruiting these roles so please apply immediately.
