Finance Business Partner

We are delighted to be partnered with FTSE listed manufacturing business, a local employer choice who are looking to recruit an experience Finance Business Partner.
This is truly outward facing role with very little month-end duties, managing stakeholders across multiple sites. You will play a key part in driving financial performance within the business, supporting the key business functions, actively providing strategic insight into financial results, establishing a foundation for forward planning as well as identifying and executing process and systems improvements.

Key responsibilities include:
* Providing strategic insight into business performance
* Measure, report upon and analyse business and financial performance
* Monitor and review performance v plan / v budget

Finance Business Partner, Peterborough, £60,000 + Car

The role offers bags of autonomy to create & define the group reporting function with the opportunity to create & manage a small team.
