CFO

A multi-site recruitment business is seeking to recruit a commercial and entrepreneurial CFO to help take them through to a successful Exit. The business has a proven track record of growth, and is at an exciting point in its development. The CFO will play a key role in their ambitious growth plans ahead of a future successful exit.

Reporting to the CEO as a crucial member of the board you will be crucial to the leading and managing of the finance team. Key to the role will be ensuring the delivery and presentation of financial results to the Board and advising them on business initiatives and acquisitions from a financial perspective. You will also be contributing to the strategic direction and growth of the business. You will have full responsibility for cash flow management and forecasting, processes and controls, as well as KPI reporting to maintain an effective finance function.

A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA) you will have experience as autonomous CFO within a high-volume recruitment business. The CFO will have excellent commercial acumen to drive growth within the market as well as being a personable and excellent communicator able to help drive the company through continuous growth and a successful sale process in the future.
