Employment Law Solicitor - South East London/Kent
A well established private practice law firm in the South East London/Kent area is looking for assistance from an experience Employment Law Solicitor for a 12 month fixed term contract.
The requirement is to start at the beginning of January 2020, and is to cover whilst a member of staff goes on maternity leave.
The caseload consists of general employment law matters including but not limited to TUPE, discrimination, restrictive covenants, termination of employment, advising on employment aspects of business sales & purchases etc.
The role is a mix of claimant and respondant work, therefore experience in both will be necessary.
Secretarial support is available.
The ideal candidate will be a Solicitor/Legal Executive/Fee Earner qualified by experience, with at least 5 years' experience of handling an employment law caseload. You will need to be able to work on a largely self-sufficient basis and to hit the ground running.
