Farrer Barnes is currently working exclusively with a well-known client based in Kent, with offices overseas. This business is in the construction sector and are looking for Senior Finance and Operations Manager to join their growing team and work closely with the MD and oversee the EMEA regions.

This role will be responsible for:
  • The analysis and interpretation of the financial indicators of the group and various subsidiaries.
  • Ensuring accuracy with complicated financial modelling to highlight and mitigate risk.
  • Working closely and partnering with the Managing Director and Group CFO and deputising when appropriate.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships throughout the group.
  • Driving the cost centres to achieving financial and operational targets.
  • Producing forecast and analysis of the various cost centres throughout the group as well as other financial statements.
  • Providing useful and relevant insight into the day to day efficiencies and long-term projects.
  • Providing alternative views to the executive team and challenge the current processes.
The ideal candidate for this role will be fully qualified with over 10 years PQE. They would ideally already have experience in a similar role and would have operated at board level before. They would need to be a natural problem solver and have experience in a fast-paced environment prior to this role. This position will have loads of exposure throughout the business and would be ideal for anyone looking for a highly commercial role within an exciting and acquisitive business, looking to tackle new market and new revenue streams.
