THE ROLE: Due to continued success within the commercial property team, this leading regional law firm has instructed us to find an additional Commercial Property Solicitor for its North East office. The team has a wealth of experience in advising on all areas of commercial property including land acquisition, general property work and development and infrastructure issues. The busy role includes both freehold and leasehold work for a range of commercial clients including property developers.

THE CANDIDATE: You will have a minimum of 4 years' experience dealing with a variety of commercial property transactions. You will be able to deliver practical commercial advice relating to property transactions and be pro-active, innovative and responsive to general commercial property market conditions. This position would suit those who have extensive experience on a number of different commercial developments and property projects and can also demonstrate an in depth knowledge of complex commercial property issues.
