Senior Corporate Commercial Solicitor

The role

The firm are seeking to hire a Senior Corporate Commercial Solicitor into their flourishing, Colchester office.

You will lead the department, working with the other Partners to drive this team forwards. You will work within a supportive, friendly and dynamic department.

You will work as part of a legal 500, award-winning team. The team is entrepreneurial, dynamic and forward-thinking.

You will find the variety of work will make for an interesting caseload. You will work with companies across a number of industry sectors ranging from SME's to National companies. The firm has a strong reputation in the restaurant, leisure and retail sectors. The caseload will include; company sales and purchases, M&SA, share sales, management buy ins, share incentive schemes, commercial contracts, partnership agreements, franchising, re-structuring and LLP's. The client base ranges from SME to national companies.

Requirements:

• You will be a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE (there is no upper limit in regard to the level of PQE)
• Excellent client care skills are essential
