THE ROLE: The appointed Property Litigation Solicitor will be joining a busy team within a renowned regional law firm and take responsibility for a range of property related disputes advising clients that will include commercial investors, organisations, developers and landlords, as well as supporting the wider real estate group in best practice in order to avoid future litigation..

THE CANDIDATE: The Property Litigation Solicitor will have at least 3 years' PQE gained within another leading regional or national law firm, able to demonstrate first class technical knowledge and a proven track record in handling complex property disputes. You will be commercially aware, capable of building strong relationships and have a keen eye for detail.
