JOB TITLE: Litigation Solicitor PQE REQUIRED: Up to c4 years PQE LOCATION: Leeds SALARY: Competitive + excellent benefits package
THE ROLE: This is a rare opportunity to join a team that specialises in high profile procurement dispute matters. You will be working alongside some of the UK's leading legal minds advising government departments and major organisations on procurement challenges that have values in the £billions! You will be handling City quality work, pitting your wits against Magic Circle and US firms. You will also be involved in judicial reviews and advising public sector client on best practice to avoid challenges
THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate will be an adept commercial litigator - you will have cut your teeth in a leading national or regional commercial law firm and be able to demonstrate both a high level of technical skills as well as an enthusiasm for procurement litigation. Any prior exposure to public law disputes could be a distinct advantage and it goes without saying that you will have a top class academic track record.
