The role
The firm are seeking to hire a Corporate Senior Associate into their Nottingham office.
You will work as part of a highly ranked legal 500 team. The team is busy and has had an influx of new work, making now an exciting time to join.
The department advises companies, management teams, investors and debt providers through the business life cycle, from start-up and first round finance through M&A, management transactions, venture and development funding, restructuring, capital reductions, private equity funding and exits.

Requirements
- You will be a Corporate Lawyer with a minimum of 4 years PQE+ (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE)
- You should have first-class communication skills
