A leading boutique Legal 500 Commercial Law firm based in the City of London close to St Pauls are actively looking for a Construction solicitor to join their strong Cross-departmental construction group that provides contentious and non-contentious advice to property owners, developers, contractors and consultants.
You will take on a mixed caseload providing a wide range of services including; Contract selection and bespoke amendments, Sub-Contracting, Bonds and Guarantees, Warranties, Development Agreements, Novation agreements, Licences and assignments, Claims Evaluation, Early Neutral Evaluation, Court litigation, Dispute Boards and International Arbitration.
You will be an outstanding newly qualified solicitor or up to 3 pqe acting for a recognised Construction team manging a mixed construction caseload. Experience acting for a wide range of clients is also desirable.
