The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a Construction Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join this highly regarded Leeds.
You will work within a Real Estate powerhouse, where 40% of their annual turnover comes through their wider Real Estate groups. The construction disputes department are market leading regularly advising on the highest value matters.
The Construction & Engineering team advise at all stages of the project life cycle. The team assist a broad range of clients, including developers, contractors, sub-contractors, consultants, funding and letting institutions across a full range of industry sectors including Property development, infrastructure projects, Energy, Oil & Gas, Aviation and Retail.
You will be responsible for construction documentation, including consultants' appointments, building contracts, letters of intent, collateral warranties, third party right notices, assisting in the construction of aspects of real estate transactions and corporate finance. Must be familiar with all standard forms of construction contract.

Requirements
- You will be a Construction Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE+ (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE, and I would encourage even the most experienced of candidates to apply)
- Excellent communication skills
- Working in a recognised Construction team
