The key duties of the role will include:
- Working closely with the partners to ensure the continued success of the team.
- Developing and maintaining client relationships, and providing them with excellent client care.
- Reviewing a variety of construction documents to include development and funding agreements, building contracts, professional team appointments and collateral warranties.
- Liaising with investment teams and external property lawyers with regards to homes and commercial and industrial units.
