Corporate Solicitor

We have a really exciting unique opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor to join a leading Infrastructure, Projects and Energy team with one of the leading international firms in their Manchester office. The team are keen to find a Corporate Solicitor who may be looking for a slower pace of life but would like to utilise the skills they have developed to date. There will be plenty of opportunities to branch out into wider commercial contracts law too as the team have an impressive variety of work and clients.

In this role you will regularly be acting in a consultancy capacity, engaging with the client to decipher the best outcome. You will also regularly act on both private and public sector matters across the UK and often internationally in a diverse range of sectors including waste, large scale outsourcing, renewable energy, transport and healthcare. Many of these matters are notable cases in the public domain and this role will give you the opportunity to play an integral role in matters which relate to current world affairs.

This is a really unique opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor who is looking to remain working for a large international firm in a different capacity. The work will remain complex and broad and the team as a whole have a supportive culture and a structured training and support programme in place for anyone who would find this beneficial.
