My client is a Leading Legal 500 Firm with offices across multiple locations. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced leasehold enfranchisement solicitor to join this full service, award-winning and forward-thinking firm.
This London based practice is looking to recruit into its established property team and is searching for a solicitor with relevant property experience.
The department has an inclusive and supportive ethos, with a track record of developing lawyers' potential. This firm have an outstanding reputation but also can offer a highly attractive working culture in terms of billable hours specifically and office environment.
The role
Your role as leasehold enfranchisement solicitor will involve:
Collective enfranchisement, lease extensions and variations
Autonomy but also a very supportive head of department
Communication skills must be exemplary, due to a significant amount of client contact.
The package
