Legal Counsel

Recognised market-leading digital transformation company is seeking to recruit a commercial counsel to deliver effective and efficient legal advice across the business.

Reporting directly into the Legal Director, you will provide business-orientated legal service that ensures the business can meet its commercial and contractual objectives. You will advise on a wide variety of legal matters, including contract negotiations, large business transactions, contract clauses and business terms. You will gain great exposure to key business stakeholders, delivering first-class legal advice and participating in business decisions on strategy and commercial policy.

You will need to be UK qualified with post qualification experience gained at a top tier law firm, with experience of working in TMT, Commercial or Corporate Divisions of leading law firms, or in-house experience at a technology-focused organisation. Experience in procurement is beneficial, not a necessity. The company is looking for a driven and ambitious commercial lawyer to join its legal team and take on a complex and high-quality workload.
