Sellick Partnership is working closely with a fantastic Chester based Highstreet firm, who are looking to make the key appointment of a Residential Conveyancing Team Lead.
Leading a fast paced and friendly team, the ideal candidate will have experience working on a broad remit of Residential Conveyancing, including but not limited to:
Our client is interested in talking with candidates who are able to manage their own caseload; have contributed to firm billings and business development; and have lead a successful team in previous roles.

- Shared Ownership and stair-casing transactions
- Deeds of Easement
- Lease Extensions
- Investor portfolio purchases
- Acquisitions and residential site disposal
- New Build and off plan purchases
- Ground rent sales
