Commercial Property Director
Senior Commercial Property Solicitor required joining the management team of a Legal 500 ranked commercial property department based in a prime location in Manchester City Centre. The firm has a strong local reputation for commercial work, and an excellent long established client base. They are looking for a senior commercial property associate/commercial property director as part of their long term progression planning.
The firm has been very financially successful and is now entering a period of investment and growth. The role has an existing caseload and so does not require a following, but the candidate must be willing to be involved in business development and strategic planning.
The role:
· Commercial Property Associate or Commercial Property Director
· Working directly with head of department
· Long term planning of heading the team and picking up the directors caseload and client base
· Part of a Legal 500 ranked commercial property team housing some highly rated commercial property solicitors
· Mixed commercial property caseload to include landlord and tenant work, acquisitions and disposals and some development work
· Working primarily with local, SME and PLC clients
